Your
skin's health and beauty are absolutely dependent on choosing the best

method (we all know this to mean "keep it
simple sister").

 Here are seven smart steps in the "KISS"
skin care program:
Step
1 Nail down your skin type as best you can ie.
normal to dry OR normal to oily etc.
Step 2 Focus
on the basic needs of your skin; clean, exfoliate, moisturize/ protect.
Step 3 Choose products
wisely. For each of those needs, consider the most effective
product for that step based on your skin type.

4 Address specific concerns with a proven
recommended product ie. skin problems, acne, anti aging issue etc. and
BIG concerns with a professional...
Step 5 Be diligent in your regimen. Consistent care
for best results.
Step 6 KISS-Less is more
so keep your skin care products to a minimum based on needs--don't over
load.
Step 7 Give your skin a reasonable
amount of time to respond to a product and/or program...then evaluate
how your skin is responding.
